As an experienced New Homes Sales negotiator you will need to hit the ground running to join this successful team selling out a large developmentof 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses. Working 5 days a week , you will be rostered with other team members to keep the momentum going in this fast moving market.
You will therefore will need to be
conversant with all aspects of the sales procedure,
able to conduct viewings , reservation and handovers independently ensuring all guidelines are adhered to
maintain records accurately and communicating to head office in a timely manner
represent the company and maintain standards of customer service to the highest level.
This role is only suitable for an experienced New Homes sales negotiator and applicants without the relevant experience will not be considered in this instance.
Based on the south coast, the development is part of a consortium of developers
Once the remaining phases of the development are all reserved you will be moving on to other developments in the area. You will also be rquired to attend meeetings at the regional office so must be a car owner with a full license and be prepared to travel when required.
